Benefits:
- Before the Fair is held, the Agency will carry out the following:
- the contracting of the space to be occupied
- choice of assembly company and design
- assembly and design of the official pavilion and basic furniture, in case of correspondence.
- During the Fair in the Argentine Pavilion, the following services will be provided:
- Support from Agency staff in the Pavilion.
- During the Fair, the following services will be provided at the exhibitor's stand:
- Stand maintenance (cleaning, standard electricity, etc).
The location of the companies within the Argentine Pavilion will be awarded by lottery.
The basic design will be uniform for all stands in the pavilion. The reserved stand space must be respected.
PARTICIPATION COST:
- Microenterprises USD 2500.00
- Small companies USD 2500.00
- Medium Companies: USD 2500.00
- Large Companies, Provinces, Chambers, Traders, Brokers, Intermediaries, Commission Agents, Associations, Clusters:USD. 2500.00
The cost will be determined by the categorization according to the MiPyME certificate presented. The certificate presented must correspond to the company whose
products will be exhibited at the Fair. In the case of detecting that the products promoted at the fair belong to another company, the payment of the
difference in the cost of participation as if it were a large company under penalty of not participating in Agency activities again
The cost of participation exclusively covers the benefits described, so the selected companies must manage and assume the expenses related to the
transfer, stay, visa (if necessary), throughout the development of the activity, and any other cost incurred.
Likewise, each company must manage and assume the costs of sending material and samples to the pavilion.
ADJUDICATION:
The selection of companies will be based on the following objective criteria:
Order of presentation of duly completed applications.
Exporting companies or in export conditions
Sector suitability and suitability of the product.
The Agency will notify both the successful bidders and the unsuccessful applicants of the selection result to the informed email address. on the registration form.
If there are more applicants than available places, it will be held a waiting list.
If any available places are not filled, another company will be selected according to the order of the waiting list.
PAYMENT
Once participation in the event is confirmed, the company will receive the settlement and will have a period of 7 calendar days to pay the cost of participation.

Once the participation in the event is confirmed, the company will receive the settlement and will have a period of 7 calendar days to pay the amount of the participation.

The payment will be considered valid once the proof of payment has been sent when the amount has been credited to the indicated current account.
After the deadline to pay and attach the proof of payment, the company's participation in the event may be canceled.
The space that would have been awarded may be assigned to other applicants on the waiting list.
Requirements:
- Pay the cost of participation in the corresponding term.
- Respect the rules of conduct and safety established by the organizer of the Fair. In case of non-compliance,
it will be possible to collect a fine, the amount of which will be; determined by the organizer of the Fair.
- Respect the opening and closing hours of the Fair, permanently keeping the company's staff at the stand. In the event of non-compliance, you will be responsible for charging a
fine, the amount of which will be determined by the organizer of the Fair.
- It will be the responsibility of each exhibitor to send promotional material for the fair.
- Complete, within a period not exceeding one week after the end of the activity, the survey that will be sent to you. to the email deposited in the form.
DISCLAIMER:
In case of resignation to participate in the event 90 calendar days before the beginning of the fair, the Agency will reimburse; 100% of the cost of participation.
In case of resignation to participate in the event between 89 and 45 calendar days before the start of the fair, the Agency will reimburse; 50% of the cost of participation.
After 45 calendar days before the event, either in case of resignation or inability to participate -whatever the cause-, the Agency will not reimburse; any amount.
ACTIVITY CANCELLATION:
In the case of cancellation of the Agency's participation in the Fair due to force majeure or not reaching the minimum number of participants, the amount
effectively paid in Argentine pesos for the cost of participation, without any compensation.
USE OF IMAGE
In the framework of the Fair, the companies that register authorize the Agency to use their name and logo to disseminate the event and the results of it.
